Has anyone removed the outside plastic trim/cladding from the rear door? It's the textured plastic panel that runs along the bottom of the rear door, underneath the spare tire...

Any hints, tips or tricks to getting it off?

The panel is a bit loose at one end and causing a small rattle on one of our Ravs. Haven't looked at it closely, but it appears the inner door panel must come off to access the attachment points...? Just thought I'd consult those who may have previous experience in taking it off as to the best approach before proceeding. Any help is appreciated.
