Our Rav 4 Hybrid LE recently got 43 MPG on a long trip back from Canada. Mainly highway driving, at 65-70 MPH. Over 500 miles. So you don't need a "Limited" or XSE version to get this kind of mileage.
Our 2021, which we bought for MSRP, delivered in November has the NiMh traction battery.

I took a friends new Tesla Model Y for a 40 mile drive yesterday. Winding Vermont roads and some highway driving. It took 2 of us about 20 minutes to figure how to turn on the AC.

It drove ok, but a heavy car; I think I prefer driving my RAV 4 Hybrid. The Tesla had very aggresive regen braking,; if I let up on the gas pedal a bit, it decelerated like NOW. So you could drive it just with the gas pedal, if you learned how to carefully modulate the gas pedal to slow down. The Rav 4 Hybrid regen braking is less intrusive.
