I learned this the hard way with my XLE Premium. Unless you have the Audio Plus package, you do not have remote start.

Ok so I have a 2020 XLE premium with the audio plus package and my remote start isn't working either I just found out this car has remote start features I tried everything do you thing the dealer forgot to enable it?

@Ebarr does it work from the key fob? From what I’ve heard the app is extremely buggy.

The key fob doesn't work either :/
