Here’s mine with a Thule box on it. Mine is a older version of the Touring L (think it’s called Touring 900). Ive always had my eye on the Motion or Force versions as they are wider but if you only use the box for transporting bags, I recommend the Touring, it’s exactly wide and high enough for a regular duffelbag. As for bars, I have Thule bars and installed correctly, they are silent.

I'm looking at the Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box (22 Cu Ft) for carrying skis (adult 3 sets) and other gear on my 2020 Hybrid XLE. I've not used a rooftop box before and would appreciate any of your updated thoughts/guidance/photos on this. I hope this is the right thread to continue this discussion.
