RSA system not working ( no errors or indications) - just not showing any signs

I will start a new thread focused especially on this one, since all other things are more or less sorted.
So history -> Rav 4 XLE Premium 2021 imported from USA to Europe.
Both headlights replaced with a brand new ones (but aftermarket matching OEM)
And now all systems work, including Lane assistance, Cruise Control / Radar / PCS/ etc.

The only pending things ( without any errors or indications) is that the car does not show any signs.
RSA is turned on, notification levels are put on Visual & Sound, no error messages displayed, but it does not work.

I haven't touched windshield (it is the original one) or the front camera at all.
Just some painting on the bumper, replacing headlights, fixing the issue with the active grille shutter not opening properly.
Can someone help me here? Is it possible that RSA will not work with EUROPE signs?
Or I need to do some front camera calibration after headlights have been replaced?
In the bodyshop they have removed the radar sensor (88210-06050) and then re-attached it.
So what needs to be done, in order to have the RSA working? Does some calibration with ADAS will help?
Any thoughts on the subjects are welcomed, since the official dealer here is not very interested in my american version :)

If the European signs are visually different in shape, dimensions, and language from US signs I doubt the US model RSA will "see" and display them. The system is probably programmed for English language and US standard signs.

As a follow-up: The RSA (Road Sign Assist) and the Pre-Collision System (PCS) rely on the camera installed behind the windshield and rear view mirror to "see" objects. However the systems have software programming that allows a simple minded Artificial Intelligence to recognize what it is seeing. The PCS can only recognize a few things as explained by the attached screenshot from the official Toyota site. The PCS cannot recognize a deer, or a dog or a tree or a telephone pole. Similarly, I think it is safe to say that the RSA is also programmed to only recognize a limited number of specific signs. For example: you won't get RSA notices for random billboards, Burger King and fast food signs, or bus stop signs, or street name signs. Therefore if you take a US model RAV to Europe it is not going to recognize any sign that is not in English, or that has a shape and size not used in the US.

So the question is.. Should I bother about that, since 99% of the time I drive with AndroidAuto connected and waze..
And to fix that it will (most likely) require to flash the american version of the software and replace it with the European one, using some hacky tools.
I remember some time ago, when I was flashing the bios of my old computer, the process died and my computer was not longer booting, so I needed to reprogram it.
And this one looks very similar as an approach, therefore - why to risk for a something which is not a big deal.
The same applies to the radio working on odd numbers ( easy fixable with android external device)
And temperatures being in F instead of C ( I am doing the conversion mentally in real time, so .. now is more like a family joke, than inconvenience.
,
However I am a bit frustrated that Toyota USA locked their cars to AT&T , so there is no way to connect it with European GSM Operator.. and toyota application is totally un-useful.
If I can fix this somehow - will be a win!
