Anyone here have an experience of rubber swelling after oil sprayed from Krown rustproofing? And anyone know what part number of this rubber on the tailgate switch? Thanks

Krown almost always warps soft rubber. I had this happen on 7 different vehicles so far. The worst one was caliper pin boots on a VW, had to lube them every 6 months.
This happened on my previous pontiac Vibe. leading hood seal swelled up and was distorted after the first Krown application. The hood seal at the cowl also swelled and would regularly slip out of the retainers.
Related note, I used rust proofing for the first time on that car with the thought that it would help resale value down the road if I sold it or provide rust free life of the car if I kept it. Ended up selling it and did not get an extra dime for it even though the car was spotless. I don't live in an area with a lot of snow fall so likely not going to rust proof any future cars I own.

It was a challenge but I found it but the rubber piece doesn't seem to come separate from the whole switch.
