Three error codes at once: Pre-collision system, LTA, headlight system

Turned my RAV on one day (2024 Prime SE) and saw these three error codes rotating through on the dash, all appearing at once:

LTA Malfunction
Pre-collision System Malfunction
Headlight System Malfunction

followed by "Visit your dealer". They stayed on throughout the ride and the next couple trips I took that day and the next. It was raining a little but I was in my garage when I first saw these errors. They went away by themselves after those two days so I haven't done anything about it but I'm wondering what the cause was in case it happens again.

For anyone who finds this in the future, the culprit was that the connector inside the black box in front of the rear view mirror was loose, I pulled it out and plugged it back in and the errors went away. I have a FitcamX in there as well which could have contributed.

Good to know. Usually when the 5th gen RAV gets multiple MID notifications like PCS, LTA, EPB it is caused by a weak or failing 12V battery.

I had the exact same problem as you happen today, also prompting my headlight and pre collision system malfunction. Let me visit my dealer, did you figure out the problem please? Is it because of the battery? I got a new battery last week and I'm not sure if it's because of this one.
