Hello,

I am facing an issue with my car, the bottom part of the touch screen is not responding, I hardly managed to add a new device, the delete-button's location as well, however the system settings button in the middle is working fine
not sure whether it's a software or hardware issue
Has anyone faced the same issue before ?

Thanks,

I work with touchscreens, and this feels like a calibration issue. Rare but it happens. That said, my 2018 clearly has a resistive touch screen not capacitive (think non-cell phone). Resistive screens get fussy on the edges. Try the very tip of your finger or a stylus of sorts. It may be that the bottom portion of the screen has failed.

I have no idea why a firmware re-install would help, but I can't speak for Toyota... worth a shot
Thanks for your help, it worked with a stylus, can't click on the whole button though, need to touch the lower portion of the bottom which was difficult with my finger
Thanks again!
