I bought extended warranty from Wolverine Toyota. They have the best deal on FACTORY Toyota extended warranties. As long as you are still under the factory 3/36 warranty, you just need to give them your VIN, mileage and name/address along with a credit card payment. The price depends on how many miles/years you want to extend the warranty. I believe she sells the Platinum version with zero deductible. Approximately one week after buying mine, Toyota sent me the extended warranty information in the mail. Very easy process.

Never buy an extended warranty plan from a third party; they are practically worthless and very hard to file a claim. Only get one sold by Toyota.

I also got the Platinum plan (8 years 75K miles) from Toyota. It is good at any Toyota dealer and works just like the original factory warranty. I paid about $2000.

I have the same Toyota plan ($0 deductible), but I don’t have a hybrid and paid $560 total. Are hybrids that much more $$$? So far, throughout my years of owning a Toyota w/extended warranty, I’ve never had to use it for whatever reason.

I've never heard of them, but it seems they are one of the few companies that cover hybrid batteries and components. They even cover home charging stations.
