Use of Long Life Coolant instead of Super Long Life Coolant

I mistakenly ordered Toyota Long Life Coolant instead of Toyota Super Long Life Coolant to change in our 2017 Rav 4 hybrid and didn't realize my error before the return time of the coolant was up.
Can I use the Long Life Coolant instead of the Super Long Life (which is listed by Toyota) without any issues? I've looked on the web and haven't been able to find that information so far.
Thanks

Questions:
1. If your car already has super long life coolant, why are your changing it? It is supposed to be "lifetime".
2. You can certainly use "only" long life coolant, but then you will need to change it again in a few years.

I have read from Toyota that one can use the original coolant for 100k miles before changing, but reading from many sources, including 'The Car Care Nut' on YouTube) who is a Toyota mechanic, that the coolant should be changed after 5 or 6 years no matter what the mileage I have doubts about what Toyota is saying. Toyota also says that one can go 10k miles between oil changes and that suggestion seems to be unacceptable by any mechanic I've read or listened to so far. I change the synthetic oil every 5k. Thanks for responding and giving me the info for the Long Life Coolant.

In Europe (vehicles are made in Japan ) the factory fill of coolant is for 10 years.
However refills, no matter what the reason, are for max 5 years regardless of what fluid is used.
It the factory, everything is new and spotlessly clean, with no contaminants that reduce the protection of the fluid.
This is no longer the case once the car is well used.

If I understand your question correctly, I think the difference between the two coolants is one is pure coolant where it needs to be mixed 50 percent with distilled water and the other is already mixed.

Please verify before using.

Seems you got a lot of replys but no clear yes's or no's. I also am in the same situation. What did you end up finding? Can you use the type coolant you mistakenly purchased or no? Thanks!!

This is not a "clear reply" as there is tons of mechanics over the years who say toyota has no grounds to claim "lifetime" on any fluids that acidify over time. Even the newer organic and synthetic types. Im assuming you are referring to the literal last post.. your own. Is this why you are so upset? Again, plenty of confliction among seasoned mechanic opinions over this such as color does not matter, and extra long life coolant is the same as long life except its bottled with ionized water vs distilled.. with a large price markup. All sold from the same chemical companies of other leading brands at a markup with private label on the bottle.

Anyway, Im looking for the OP's response on his personal outcome which is why I replyed to him. I have found since last posting to OP that toyota does in fact allow either coolants in the 3rd gen model rav4. Its just not recommended to use the extra long life if you are doing a flush vs drain and refill as a bit extra of the long life coolant will need to be added to compensate for the residual distilled water left in the radiator system after the flush. So yes, they can both be used and are approved. Even says this inside the manual, I just failed to read the page its clearly written on. Now you know too :)
