Not sure of your maintenance history. Buying OEM parts is a good idea also so you won't need to ever change those parts again.
Hopefully you changed your spark plugs by now, they are good for 120,000 miles, some go a lot longer. Have you ever changed or cleaned the PCV valve? Ever cleaned your MAF sensor? Have your charging system checked, you probably still have the original alternator. You might as well check/replace your serpentine belt, since you have to remove it to change the pump. Ever clean your throttle body?

Kevin - thanks for your input. I have kept up on the maintenance Items you have listed. Wanted to make sure wasn't missing anything that I hadn't thought of.

If your coolant pump is working fine it may not need to be changed. Have spoken with RAV4 owners who have more than 250,00 miles on their 2.5l RAV4s and have had no pump problems.
Our '11 V6 RAV4 has low miles so have no related personal experience.
