Canadian models come with both carpeted and good quality all weather floor mats. Carpeted ones are poked away in garage. Cargo liners are a must. Body side moldings are good protection from parking lot door dings.

 

OEM cargo liner and mad flaps,

2) all-weather liners(everywhere)
I put set covers on the front of the family's MY24, but we're in the PNW(can be wet and messy, depending). The door sill trim/protectors are a waste of time per say.

 

OEM floor mats are pretty good. Cargo liner covers seat backs up and down.

 

the most important OEM functional accessory is the hitch / tow unit. If you don't have mud flaps, that's pretty obvious. The rest I'm not sure really matter to be honest, they sell a bunch of random crap that I couldn't determine any legitimate functional value for.

I have dashcams on my 2023 Hybrid XSE and 2024 Hybrid Limited.
I also have running boards on the XSE.

 

I like the door edge guards and door sill cover options that were added by dealer configuration. I added tow hitch and catalytic converter shield to prevent theft.

 

Door edge guards might be a good idea. So far I’m leaning towards the all weather floor + cargo liners, mud flaps, and maybe the body side moldings.

 

I bought the 2 inch receiver hitch, handy for toys down the road.

 

I insisted on the body side molding and was glad I did. Had the vehicle for a month and it got dinged - took a small chip out of the side molding, which I touched up with paint. I also got the OEM mudflaps - they fit perfectly and aftermarket ones do not fit as well. I also upgraded to the all-weather floormats and the cargo liner.

I have dealer installed: Running boards, Trailer hitch, Cross bars, Windows deflectors, OEM cargo liner
Cross bars are very helpful to carry some long stuff.
I would suggest to add OEM mud flaps ( as I remember they are optional in US and standard in Canada) and aftermarket rear mudguards (https://www.amazon.com/Birbenben-Mudguards-2019-2024-Compatible-Accessories/dp/B0DC1QQ3HD)

 

From what I could tell, the rear mudguards cover about 1/4 of the wheel area, making it better at deflecting dirt compared to rear mud flaps. Does that sound about right?

 

I have a 2024 RAV4 Hybrid XSE and I added PPF on the front as well as had ceramic coating put on the entire exterior, added the OEM trailer hitch & wiring harness and a FITCAMx dashcam.

I am glad I got all (3) additions.

 

Those are good additions. I ended up ordering the all weather mats and mud flaps, for starters. Got aftermarket center console organizer and cup holder liners, already.

 

Has anyone added the seat adjustment item where you push one of two buttons on the door to automatically adjust the seats? The Toyota shop told me it has to be installed during manufacturing.

 

Yes, it must be installed at the factory.
