Does anyone know who makes Toyota stock wheels? I really want to get some new ones for my LE (I have wheel covers and steelies) but I can't afford the Toyota wheels. lol. I was hoping to look on the site of whoever makes their stock wheels to find a cheaper pair. Does anyone know?

Thank you!

Are you just generally looking for cheap steel wheels that fit the Rav? Or do you mean to replace your steel wheels with aluminum wheels from higher trims for aesthetic purposes? If the latter, is there a particular reason you want it to look completely stock, or are you presuming that might be the cheapest / lowest-risk option?

oh no i didnt
OP is looking for a 17" XLE alloy wheel from a 2019 RAV4.
LE and XLE have same tire: 225/65R17. Simple upgrade to a nice looking wheel. Keep the steel LE wheels for winter snow tires, though.

Searching "2019 xle 17" wheel" in "Private Party Classifieds"
Gives two adds for 1 2019 XLE, but 19in wheel
1)WTB (Want To Buy)
2) FS (For Sale)
3) Try fleaBay (eBay)
4) Try Craigslist
5) Place your own WTB OEM 2019 RAV4 17" XLE alloy wheel
6) Place you own WTB OEM 2019 RAV4 19" Adventure/Limited/XLE alloy wheel

Search "factory takeoff wheel" and a lot of listings. Here are some to check out.
1) Socal Wheels - Factory, OEM and Custom Wheels - Take-offs, New and Used Tires
2) StockWheels.com - OEM Wheels & Used Rims
3) https://www.rpmtakeoffs.com/toyota.html
4) OEMWheelshop.com 10 results found for "2019* rav4*"
5) Detroitwheelandtire.com RAV4

The 19inch Adventure/Limited/XLE wheel 235/55R19 is another option for you. Should fit w/o any issues, and the speedometer error difference is small, according to tiresize.com.

I can guarantee you the manufacture of the OEM wheel will NOT sell the OEM wheel to anyone else, but Toyota!
1) There is likely to be a legal contract saying so.
2) It would be financial suicide for the wheel manufacture to do so. Toyota finds out. Sues the wheel manufacture and shifts OEM wheel to a competing wheel manufacture. Who can this loosing wheel manufacture turn to, to make up for the lost Toyota wheel units of 100,000s to 1,000,000s of wheels? The other auto manufactures probably wouldn't want to do business with that wheel maker for obvious reasons. You screwed over our competitor, whats to prevent you from doing the same to us? Small world, people/business talk.

Your best bet is to take a look on craigslist, or even post a WTB add - lots of people have them collecting dust in their garage.

If you don't want to work with individuals check car-part.com and find a junkyard with them from a wreck. Decent prices there also.

As mentioned the OEM suppliers don't sell retail.

Just to answer the title question. For North America, it would be mostly made in-house (or sub-division of Toyota) by Canadian Auto Parts Toyota Inc. (CAPTIN): CAPTIN – Toyota Canadian Auto Parts Manufacturing
Small little article years back about them: A wheel long time - Surrey Now-Leader

Not sure on the steel wheel but on the alloy/aluminum, just pull it out and more than likely it's made in Canada:

That's the majority for North America, but some may be sources from Japan/China/Indonesia, etc...Some special edition may also be contracted out. My old 2006 Acura had Enkei roll marked (just that year) on the inside and I think Mazda mostly uses Enkei wheels.

Happy shopping, either aftermarket or take off's! I am sure there are RAV owners that would want to buy your steelies for a full size spare, so you can recover some funds. My unpopular opinion: I would just roll on the steelies and hubcaps, and put funds to the savings account for the next car with wheels, like a hot little roadster :).

OP should contact the seller of 2021 XLE OEM "take off" wheels & tire. Says he only put on 350miles before getting a new set of wheels and tires. This 2021 XLE wheel should fit w/o issues, but OP would need to make sure.
Sell lists a phone number in add. OP can also contact via private message w/in RAV4World.
If interested, findout if TPMS, Toyota symbol center wheel cap, and OEM lugs are included; awesome if it does include all three. TPMS is unlikely, as seller probably removed and put onto the new wheels he purchased.

I have a set of brand new 19” rims off my 21 xle Premium I am trying to sell. Less than 400 miles on them.
