2010 Rav4 parts needed

Thank you very much for allowing me to be in this forum!
I have a question hopefully someone will give me an answer.
My wife vehicle has this part that needs to be replaced.
I have two part numbers but I don't have any pictures of them. Could someone be able to let me know what exactly the differences between the two?
The first part is 55708-0R011, and the second part is 55708-42151.

The two parts serve the same purpose as being a cowl cover. The 55708-42151 was for vehicles that were built in Japan (2006-2012) while 55708-0R011 was for vehicles that were built in North America (2009-2012). I had issues with water dripping onto the front passenger floor and traced it back to the old cowl design in my '06, eventually bought a used OEM off a '12 NA model and it has been dry, you can see my post here. I'd get the 55708-0R011 if I were you, but you may want to check with Car-Part.com since a new OEM is quite expensive.

That is a straight answer. Thank you very much for your advise!
I am going to order the part and I will let you know if it will fit on this vehicle.
At least this part is half of the price of the other part (-0R011). The other is so damn expensive for putting on a 14 years old Rav4!

The “R” indicates it’s a revised (improved) part.

Check if there is a recall for your cowl. I had my cowl replaced with an upgrade version free from the dealer. It is for specific areas that have high corrosion.
