Under Engine Cover Bolts - Recommended Replacements?

I have a loose under engine cover secondary to some missing bolts. It seems any OEM bolts are discontinued from what I can tell cross referencing toyotapartsdeal and toyodiy.

is there a way to somehow find a match with bolts from the hardware store? Or any off the shelf recommendations?

would prefer to not use zip ties if I can help it.

Are these the black little sheet metal screws with attached washers? If so, I'd take one to the hardware store and attempt to match (maybe slightly larger diameter, if rusty undercarriage). If nothing found, next stop would be online, Fastenal, and/or Grainger. Or they may be generic enough to find them on eBay.

10mm bolts with washers, actually! I might try taking one out and going to the hardware store yeah
