3.5 is interference, the old 3.0 is not.

Since I have been on this forum a number of members have enquired about whether the 3.5l V6 is interference or non-interference, and different answers have been posted. As I recall several users have even tried to get an answer from Toyota Corporate (presumably USA) and Toyota either could not or would not answer the question. Seems very strange.
Among other answers I also encountered the same source as SLS Artemis (post #3)

Very strange that Toyota is beating around the bush which means they are hiding something. Since there is a metal chain and rarely breaks it maybe very difficult to know from people if there was any damage.

No not yet I just want to do preventive maintenance
You would be wasting money if there is nothing wrong with the chain since these do not usually have problems like a rubber timing belt. These are expensive to replace so just leave it alone.
