I bought these 48817-12H01 and I'm not sure on the orientation. I replaced the oem a long time ago with moog, so I don't have any reference to look at. I'm assuming the green goes on top for alignment but I could be wrong.

Looks like green goes on the top according to eBay pics

Toyota can sell the cushion #1 (48817-0R013 , bottom) and cushion #2 (48817-0R043, top) separately for the stabilizer link. However, they can put both pieces together as a kit and create a new part number for less cost, which ends up being 48817-12H01. The "R" designation indicates revised version, which usually will be newer designs than the ones shown in post #2.

The cushion with the green band is the top piece (#2) and white band is the bottom piece (#1). Confused enough?

I appreciate the insight. I made the mistake of replacing the rear end links with trq brand and the included bushings are split and ruined after 2 weeks. Properly torqued to 22 ft lbs on a flat surface while loaded, cheap rubber. Never seen a male and female bushing before. Thought they were all the same size like the aftermarket ones.

Yes that is correct green bushing with the lip goes on top. It’s used to hold the bushing in place.
