I actually tried the unit he listed here and still have it, in the box. It's a good wide unit, but the main thing I didn't like about it, there wasn't a way to connect a SiriusXM antenna to it. Sure, I probably could have used the SiriusXM app, but I'm used to having it built in (or the SiriusXM unit you have to purchase separately, but can't connect to the TopDisplay), so I removed it.

I put back the stock stereo for a few months and just installed a Pioneer DMH-WT8600 NEX a few months ago. I have seen other people install a Sony head unit, but I don't remember which model. A big screen one though.
Oh ok which is the brand he was talking about again? Are you selling it by chance?

I have found what I believe to be the best aftermarket Stereo Head Unit and Display for the RAV4 5th Gen. Better than DASAITA. I did a review and install tutorial here.

Fits the 7 inch and 8 inch JBL models and replaces the unit with a 12.3” widescreen with its own back plate and mounting brackets.

Hi. Video doesn't display. What's the brand of the unit mentioned?
Thanks
