This looks awesome! I just picked up a XLE same color. Looking at the Barstows with same size Falkens on them. I won't be lifting, but I assume it will still work without any issues.

How has this set up been working for you?
Are you using black lug nuts? Which ones did you get?

Thanks for all the wheel combo inspiration in this thread. Finally got BR Arches +30, KO2 245/65/17 and ready lift on LE AWD. Definitely more road noise and took a 2 to 3 mpg hit, but I’m happy with the result. Felt like getting a new car again with these upgrades. View attachment 156553 View attachment 156552

I just ordered the BR Barstows. What lug nuts are you using? I know they're 12x1.5, but are they a conical seat and how long are they? Any issues with thread depth?

The Barstows are pretty sweet too. I'm not entirely sure what type or if they're conical seat. I negotiated with the shop to throw them in for free so I just asked for black locking lug nuts.

Also, sad story. I was exhausted from a road trip after driving 8 hours so I was eager to get home. Finally got home super late at night, pulled into a street parking spot and heard a loud grind...I curbed one of my wheels. I was devastated and kicking myself as these were less than a month old. I ended up putting some touch up paint and at least it's not super noticeable now.

I don't know how it is on the Barstows but the outer lip on my wheel set protrudes out way more than the tire sidewall. I was careless because I assumed my 245/65/r17 tires would be meaty enough that my rims wouldn't get hit. So just a friendly reminder to be extremely careful while parking. Don't be like me lol.

Oh no! That sucks. Yeah, I would figure the tire would hit before the rim. Thanks for the reply!

I sold my OEM wheels/tires on this forum to offset the cost a bit. Maybe consider the same

The new wheel and tire setup weigh 20 lbs more per corner than OEM. That is quite a bit of increased rotational mass. Therefore, decrease in acceleration performance and mpg are expected.

While driving my butt dyno can’t tell much of a difference performance wise. It does ride a bit stiffer when going over bumps due to the all-terrain tires.

Nice!! I’ve been thinking about how bronze wheels would look on lunar rock. Looks pretty good to me.

Installed Volk TE37s which are over 8 pounds lighter than the factory wheels. That is almost 38 pounds of unsprung weight and rotational mass which is gone. It makes it handle much better and should make a small difference in MPG as well.
