Some videos of the Rav4 after the install. Some said the pump is noisy but I can barely hear it. MUCH quieter than Walbro pumps...

Decided to make room in the engine bay for activities, so I moved the battery to the back. Used a 0 gauge wire and a junction box up front. Found a company in TX that sold a Optima battery tray - it made for a clean install. Allowed for a modified intake and who knows what else later on down the road.

Looking good man, due to work and numerous other obligations I haven't had time to get my headers/y pipe installed yet, but I did get a spare ECU tuned to delete the rear 02 sensors along with removed speed limiter and raised rev limiter, the higher rev limit a moot point with the stock auto shift points. But I hope to install the headers in the next month and then have the y pipe modified for fitment. Only other thing I plan with this is the stickiest all seasons I can find, though I hope the headers will shift some of the power high up in the rev range. We'll see.
Keep up the nice work!

Got the WeaponR FWD Sienna headers installed finally. My fab guy was able to modify the rear header to clear the rear driveshaft. Due to the header design, the "ypipe" design was routed to the other side of the driveshaft. Used a AFR extension cable to move the stock AFR sensor location to after the merge vs using the WR single runner location. My tune was modified as I no longer needed the O2 sensors and didn't want any CELs with the catless design.

The power increase was an amazing improvement over even gutted stock manifolds. But the catless headers made the exhaust sound tinny and raspy so I installed vibrant resonators.

First two photos are of the front header. It was a straight bolt up, no issues.

Next couple are of the modified rear header and resonator install.

Been making some test runs with my new exhaust setup and valvebody mod. Here was my latest 0-60mph at 4.962s

I LOVE this man. Congrats! Very cool to see how this has been coming along. And you ran this 13.3 1/4 mile time in 90F heat. Your RAV4 is flying dude. Sweet! I had no idea on the headers. They look great.

BTW: What can R9K do tune wise for our RAV4 now? Last I knew he was only able to change ignition timing and fuel at WOT. This was just before he came out with the handheld app as well (It was in development). I'm going to hang out here more because you are making all of this hella exciting my friend. Very, very nice!

His tunes haven't changed much, still can't tune the transmission shifts but he has done really well adapting his tunes to my mods as they change - the handheld programmer has been awesome allowing for tune revisions on the fly. Ive had 4 diffrent tunes available to load at one time b4.

93oct tune
93oct w Nitrous tune
E85 tune
E85 with Nitrous tune

Unfortunately he had too many complications with others and I'm pretty sure he has stopped offering them.

So your 13.3 run wasn't even your Nitrous tune with E85? Just nitrous and 93 octane?

I really like the way you launch your RAV4 as well. You spend a minimal time flash stalling to your rpm (Looks like about 2900rpm) then you take off. You don't allow any time for heat to build up in your torque converter. And your shifts are quick. Not at all like the slow 1-2 and especially the 2-3 shift of the stock setup. It's very cool to see.

Do you have any pics of the stock headers? Also, it kills me that there is no cat converter setup. I can't get away with this were I am at. And you stated you noticed a significant power increase with the Weapon R headers eh?

Yeah, this was the 93oct with Nitrous tune.

Are you talking about my 0-60 run or my 1/4 mile?

At the track I honestly I didn't get much prep to launch at all otherwise I would have probably tried to get it up to about 3050 where it seems to max stall without a trans brake. With a trans break I should be able to get 3500 - at least thats what Florida Torque Converters told me it was rated for. I just don't know how to and no one around here will install it for me.

But if you are talking about the 0-60, yes its right around 2900ish if I don't brake boost. I still haven't found the quickest method for my setup IMO.

I also felt/thought my shifts were still slow compared to yours - nice to have another set of eyes for comparison. My 160K mile transmission is just old and tired [emoji31]

You could probably have some cats installed - these were definitely not straight bolt on and required fabrication modifying already so a bit more wouldn't be too much.

I felt a good amount of mid range torque gained on top of what my previous gutted manifolds gave me. I can't imagine the power gains felt from a completely stock setup to these would be.

Big thanks for these pics. Great comparison. Not sure how we could implement a cat converter(s) with this setup. Looks to be pretty tricky. Those sharp bends of the stockers can't help power and air flow. Also, the midrange on our RAV4s are beasts. Building on an already great midrange would have this car rolling. This may be contributing a good deal to your high trap speeds. Along with that nitrous. Really good combo! I'm blown away.
